Job Summary

Join TYLin's dynamic Water Solutions Team as an Engineer and work on impactful projects that shape water infrastructure and serve communities. This role involves managing projects, providing expertise in delivery, and fostering team growth while embodying our core values.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand and meet their needs.
• Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Exhibit technical excellence in planning, design, program management, procurement, and services for water/wastewater systems.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, building relationships, and contributing to team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in AZ.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment and climate/flood resiliency.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience preparing contract documents, including drawings and specifications for complex projects.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of engineers (structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing optimal solutions.
• Innovative mindset to develop better solutions for clients’ challenges.
• High integrity, ethical, fair, and sustainable work practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and inclusive teams aiming for technical excellence.
