• Develop and apply CAD software engineering methods and techniques to solve technical problems
• Define and implement new CAD software engineering applications and design specifications
• Perform detailed design and testing of electrical or mechanical components or subsystems
• Optimize resources and tasks to support projects while ensuring compliance with policies
• Support proposals and apply technical concepts to specific tasks

• Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in CREO and knowledge of PDMLink data management software
• Strong understanding of mechanical stress, structural, thermal, and tolerance analysis
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation abilities
• U.S. citizenship required due to security clearance needs

• Experience in mechanical design, part fabrication, and electronics assembly
• Ability to develop and integrate new concepts and establish contingency plans
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
