In this job, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and optimization of high-speed digital systems, ensuring signal integrity and power integrity are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
* Perform high-speed digital signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis using industry-standard simulation tools.
* Collaborate with design engineers to develop and validate PCB layouts to meet SI and PI requirements.
* Conduct pre- and post-layout analysis to identify and mitigate potential signal and power integrity issues.
* Develop and implement design guidelines and best practices for high-speed digital circuits.
* Analyze and optimize power distribution networks (PDNs) to ensure robust performance under various operating conditions.
* Generate detailed reports and documentation of analysis results and recommendations.
* Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of SI/PI issues in prototype and production hardware.

Qualifications:

* U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field and 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of job-related experience.
* Proficiency with SI/PI simulation tools such as Siemens Hyper Lynx, Ansys SIwave, Cadence Sigrity, Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, or similar.
* Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles, transmission line theory, impedance matching, and crosstalk mitigation.
* Experience with PCB layout tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, and SERDES.
* Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) considerations.
