• Lead tax engagements for a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corps, and closely held businesses
• Provide hands‑on review and oversight of complex tax returns
• Collaborate directly with clients to deliver proactive tax planning strategies
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, helping develop the next generation of talent
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and compliance requirements

Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite | Hybrid flexibility after ramp‑up)

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
  , with recent leadership in tax engagements
• CPA or EA designation required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service
• Experience with closely held businesses, individuals, and multi‑state returns preferred
