• Build strong relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
• Manage customer interactions for seamless transactions, ensuring the highest level of service throughout the mortgage journey.
• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine the best option for them.
• Ensure all origination activities are in full compliance with state and federal lending laws.
• Understand company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations.
• Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state; follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.
• Excel in customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Operate effectively in a time‑sensitive environment to meet strict time restrictions.

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1 year as a self‑generating mortgage lending professional.
