You’ll be the go-to person in the branch. You’ll handle day-to-day transactions and also grow the book by bringing in new personal and business checking relationships. In practice that means:

• Processing a full range of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, and more) and balancing your drawer
• Opening and explaining personal and business deposit accounts
• Building a pipeline through outbound calls, networking, community involvement and referrals
• Growing deposits with existing customers by getting to know what they actually need
• Working alongside commercial and SBA lending partners to spot referral opportunities
• Helping open and close the branch and follow security and compliance procedures

• Banking experience, such as teller, universal banker, personal banker or another branch role
• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally at a bank or credit union, with a track record of hitting new-account or deposit goals
• Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations
• Accuracy, organization, and the ability to juggle several priorities
• Bonus: experience with Fiserv or knowledge of IRAs

• Monday–Friday, approximately 8:15am–5:30pm
• On-site in Scottsdale
• $26/hour
