On behalf of our client - an established, independently owned wealth management firm based in Scottsdale, AZ - we are seeking a Licensed Service Associate to join a close-knit, high-performing team. This is a backfill role supporting a lead advisor with nearly four decades of industry experience and a book of 350-400+ clients.

This is a backfill role supporting a lead advisor with nearly four decades of industry experience and a book of 350-400+ clients.
Core Responsibilities- Client service, trade execution/rebalancing per advisor direction
- RMD project management (spreadsheet tracking, firm-wide)
- Account service requests (withdrawals, beneficiary changes, money movement)
- Redtail CRM recordkeeping, meeting prep/reports, new client onboarding support.
- Active Series 7 + Series 66 license (or both Series 63 and Series 65)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically within an independent investment advisory, RIA, or wealth management firm
- Solid working knowledge of investment products, annuities, and financial services terminology
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work
- Strong team player with a collaborative, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-friendly tone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Redtail strongly preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience in financial services
- Direct experience with RMD tracking and distribution management
- Familiarity with Centaurus Financial or similar independent broker-dealer platforms
- Experience with Docu Sign and new account onboarding workflows
- $80-90K base
- $400/mo health subsidy
