Loan Officer

Say Go Home Loans is seeking an experienced, motivated Loan Officer to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. In this role, you'll handle a steady stream of inbound calls generated by our direct mail marketing campaigns and guide borrowers through the entire loan process — from initial application to closing. This is a full-time, on-site, commission-based position ideal for a self-driven originator who wants strong earning potential backed by a consistent, company-generated lead flow.

• Field approximately 10–12 inbound calls per day from prospective borrowers responding to Say Go Home Loans' direct mail campaigns.
• Consult with borrowers to assess financial goals and recommend appropriate loan programs (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and others).
• Guide clients through pre-qualification, application, and disclosure processes in compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
• Collect and review required documentation, and coordinate with processing and underwriting to keep loan files moving toward on-time closing.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, providing borrowers with clear, timely communication at every stage.
• Stay current on loan products, interest rates, underwriting guidelines, and industry/compliance changes.
• Meet or exceed individual production and customer satisfaction goals.

• Active NMLS license in good standing (or ability to obtain licensure in Arizona).
• Prior experience as a mortgage loan officer or loan originator preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and the loan origination process.
• Excellent communication and phone-based sales skills, with the ability to convert inbound calls into closed loans.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based, production-driven environment.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and standard office software.
