The Executive Director of the Klaritee Federal Safety Council and the Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law & Civic Compliance will jointly lead the recruitment process for this role beginning in January, following the MVP‑Security Release.

The Klaritee Federal Safety Council (KFSC) is seeking a senior leader with deep experience in state‑level government operations, civil infrastructure, and public administration to help shape the safe, responsible deployment of Interpretive Geometric Intelligence (IGI) across statewide systems and services.
As the Director of State Government Systems & Civil Infrastructure
, you will oversee how IGI integrates into environments such as transportation systems, emergency management, licensing agencies, digital government platforms, public‑record systems, and statewide communication networks. You bring firsthand experience navigating the complexity, constraints, and public accountability inherent in state governance.
This role is ideal for former state CIOs/CTOs, department heads, statewide executives, or leaders involved in modernization initiatives, digital transformation, interoperability efforts, or large‑scale civil‑infrastructure programs. Your expertise will directly inform IGI deployment protocols that interface with millions of residents, frontline workers, and government agencies relying on stable, clear, and trustworthy systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Council’s work on statewide digital systems, public administration, and civil‑infrastructure integration.
- Evaluate IGI’s applicability within:
- Licensing and regulatory platforms
- Public transportation systems
- Emergency management and coordination centers
- Digital government services
- Statewide databases, records, and service portals
- Citizen‑facing applications
- Provide real‑world insight into what it takes to deploy safe, reliable systems at the state level.
- Identify operational risks, ambiguity points, and deployment vulnerabilities within civil‑infrastructure workflows.
- Develop guidance for large‑scale rollouts where reliability, fairness, and clarity must be guaranteed.
- Ensure IGI deployment upholds transparency, compliance, and public trust across all state‑facing services.
- Coordinate standards with the Directors of Public Safety, Defense Operations, Cybersecurity, National Security, and Civic Impact.
- Support engagement with governors’ offices, state CIOs, state legislatures, and municipal partners.
- Contribute to readiness assessments, safety structures, and policy recommendations for state systems.
- Facilitate alignment between state agencies, public‑safety institutions, and federal partners when necessary.
- Ensure all guidance reflects the realities of budget constraints, operational demands, and public expectations.
- Advise the KFSC‑Chair, Director of Regulatory Affairs, and Founder on state‑level requirements, deployment expectations, and civil‑infrastructure constraints.
- Translate state governance realities into clear safety standards for deterministic‑system use.
- Ensure recommendations reflect operational practicality, technological feasibility, and public accountability.
Candidates typically include:
