The Spa at The Boulders Resort & Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and service-driven Manicurist to join our luxury spa team. • Provide professional manicure and pedicure services according to spa standards.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences from consultation through completion of service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation at all times.
• Follow Arizona State Board sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control standards.
• Properly clean and disinfect implements, equipment, work surfaces, and pedicure areas between guests.
• Maintain appropriate supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Follow all spa policies, procedures, safety standards, and service protocols.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct consistent with a luxury resort environment.
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on each guest's individual needs.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and continuing education.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain an elevated guest experience.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Current, active Arizona Nail Technician/Manicurist or Cosmetology license in good standing.
• Previous professional nail service experience 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control procedures.
• Ability to maintain a workstation to Arizona State Board standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
