The Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and determining their needs, then guiding them to the right color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance selections.
In this role you will partner with the Sales Manager to deliver exceptional guest service, conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and in-store events while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.
