Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem Via Linda Behavioral Hospital Scottsdale, AZ As a per diem, CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist at Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy;

and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule:This per diem, position will provide coverage to cover PTO, weekends and holidays as needed. There are no regularly scheduled hours for this position. Starting Pay Range: $60-$65/hour based on recent experience. About the Facility: Via Linda Behavioral is excited to begin offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the Scottsdale, Arizona population and the greater Phoenix region.

Our 120-bed facility offers specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens and adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Saturday and Sunday hours will vary. The pharmacy utilizes Omnicell and HCS including E-Mar and CPOE. Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or Pharm
  
  D) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy;
  Pharm
  
  D preferred
• Current Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice residency program strongly preferred
• Experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
• Effective communication skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements:

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative
  
  TB skin test within thelast 12 months
• Fingerprinting
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella -(2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Hepatitis B3 Series or declination
• (Flu) Influenza - required for hires between October 1st - April 30th
• COVID-full vaccination
