Pharmacist - Part Time

Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health‑tech startup building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the prescription process. This complex industry is being transformed.

Licensed Pharmacist in Arizona to support pharmacy operations and ensure high‑quality dispensing of specialty medications. Focus on prescription verification, patient safety, and timely medication delivery in compliance with state and federal regulations. Reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge.

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Counsel patients to ensure safe medication use.
• Review patient records to identify potential drug interactions.
• Collaborate with technicians and staff for efficient fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records per guidelines.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement.
• Support pharmacy operations aligned with PHIL’s mission.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D).
• Active and unrestricted Arizona pharmacist license.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, specialty, or mail‑order pharmacy.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Familiarity with prescription fulfillment systems/EHR preferred.
• Experience with specialty medications or chronic disease management a plus.
• Ability to work part‑time 4–6 hours up to 5 days per week, preferably afternoon/evening shifts.
