Fitness Specialist - Scottsdale, AZ

This position is approximately 5-10 hours weekly with room to grow. Current class schedule is Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. The role focuses on senior living, offering 1:1s and small group sessions.

• Patient continuity:
  Patients are prescribed exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
• Excellent support system:
  Fox provides significant support for our Fitness Specialists through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

• Must have one of the following:
  Bachelors in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology;
  Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA); or prior experience as a fitness trainer with willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
• Routine travel to patient residences and between Senior Living Communities.
• Expand territory as needed.
• Travel as needed per practice requirements.
• CPR Certification.
• Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
