As a Direct Care Worker with Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be paired with one or more Members to help us deliver the best quality of in-home care to our clients.

Description:As a Direct Care Worker, you report to the Client Services Coordinator to provide one-on-one care for our clients to ensure they stay happy and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion at home.
Benefits:- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable Transportation (insurance).
- Valid Driver's License (3-year clean record).
- CPR/1st Aid Certification/TB Test.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Comprehensive background check.
- Fingerprint Clearance.
- DCW training certificate.
One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.
Hours:Dependent on assignment;
Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week based on availability. Weekend availability required. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
