Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Therapist based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for providing individualized and evidence-based therapeutic services.

-to-day tasks include creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, managing casework, and addressing co-occurring mental health issues (dual diagnosis). Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care will be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to develop and monitor individualized plans for clients’ recovery.
  • Experience and knowledge in Social Work and Chemical Dependency to provide effective interventions and support.
  • Expertise in Dual Diagnosis to address co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders comprehensively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Prior experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health is highly preferred.
