Soar Autism Center is hiring an Early Childhood Development Therapist across all of our clinics. You will work one‑on‑one ABA therapy for children aged 2‑6, collaborating with BCBAs, Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists, and participating in training and supervision.

• Provide personalized one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 within a clinic setting, using evidence‑based naturalistic techniques.
• Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
• Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent high‑quality care delivery.

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality is essential.

• Ability to sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances.

• College graduate or pursuing higher education.
