Farm & Craft Scottsdale is looking for a Server to join our team!
We're searching for a candidate who can:
Assist guests' with food and beverage orders.Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.Assist other associates as needed to meet guests' needs.Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.The ability to work with a sense of urgency.Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.TABC Server Permit required.Benefits:
