The beautiful AC Hotel North Scottsdale is hiring a super star Front Desk Supervisor to assist in leading our front office team. The hotel is located in North Scottsdale at Kierland Commons. The starting salary for this position is $17/hour. Marriott/Fosse experience is not required but is a huge plus!

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Front Desk Supervisor.

What will you be doing most days?

Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as throughout their stay.

Work proficiently on the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure seamless workflow.

Handle all financial transactions securely, accurately, and with integrity.

Anticipate guests’ needs and go out of your way to maximize their experience.

Work collaboratively with team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment.

Ensure accurate and hospitable handling of reservations, check-in, check-out, and payments.

Maintain proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system.

Ensure compliance with hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency and security systems.

Complete all required documentation promptly, such as daily reports and checklists.

What are the requirements for this position?

At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Passion for working with people and exceeding guest needs.

Team-oriented attitude and collaborative spirit.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions to ensure the best guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This position is physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

Minimal to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
