The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is searching for a talented Concierge (Part Time) to join our team. Concierge agents respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

• Accommodate guest requests, process packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail.
• Assist in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage.
• Plan and organize guest itineraries during their stay, all while providing exceptional above‑and‑beyond service.

• Previous concierge experience and great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Language skills are a plus and a flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn proprietary applications at work.
• Must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift.

• Shift times: 7 am – 3:30 pm / 12 pm – 8:30 pm
• Must have Friday / Saturday / Sunday availability.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
