- Starting rate: $23.00 per hour
- The Pool Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all pool areas, including recreation activities, pool facilities, and two food & beverage outlets.
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining pool cleanliness in accordance with established sustainability and brand standards.
- Assisting leadership with interviews, training, and supporting associates to perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards.
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous related experience in resorts, pool operations, food & beverage, or recreation required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a moderate weight.
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the majority of the shift.
- Valid AZ Food Handlers License.
- Certifications for Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, or ability to obtain them.
