Director of Rooms

The Director of Rooms will provide strategic leadership for all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring brand standards are consistently achieved.

• Lead all Rooms Division operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and coach department leaders.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage departmental budgets and labor.
• Ensure brand and safety compliance.
• Partner across departments to optimize operations.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Operational and financial acumen.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Results-oriented and adaptable.
• Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.

• 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Experience leading Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Proven success managing budgets and labor costs.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Hospitality certifications are a plus.
