The Assistant Manager, Day Spa, is a full-time, on-site role based at Zoltons in Scottsdale, AZ. This role supports daily spa operations, including supervising front desk and service staff, monitoring appointment schedules, and ensuring that guests receive a welcoming and professional experience from arrival through checkout. The Assistant Manager helps maintain service standards, addresses guest concerns, and provides guidance and coaching to team members.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, coordinating with service providers, supporting marketing or promotions, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness of all spa areas. The role also involves basic administrative tasks such as reporting, updating records, and assisting with staff scheduling to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

• Experience in spa, hospitality, or retail management, with skills in supervising staff and supporting daily operations.
• Strong customer service and client relations skills, including the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills to oversee schedules, appointments, and inventory with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Basic administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Scottsdale, AZ, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or wellness setting is preferred; knowledge of spa services and products is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality, business, or wellness is a plus.
