Equity Methods is a finance, accounting, and human capital consulting firm that embraces technology and expertise to create client impact. We deliver services across three core practice groups: financial reporting, valuation services, and HR advisory.

Equity Methods is looking for a welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented Campus Recruiting & People Engagement Coordinator. The goal of this position is to act as Equity Methods’ brand ambassador to students and university contacts to showcase company culture, build relationships, and attract top talent for our consulting teams. This role also serves as an internal ambassador to our employees, supporting a collaborative environment with engaging internal events and training programs.

With rapid growth, we are expanding our recruiting initiatives and running many internal events. You will be a proactive, organized professional who can execute in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a friendly, motivated team that values collaboration and celebrates wins.

Availability note: this position requires availability for short 1-3 day trips multiple times during the year, particularly in the early Spring and Fall. Additional brief trips may occur at other times of the year.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Lead execution across campus recruitment and internal activities; coordinate successful campus initiatives and ensure a positive, high-touch experience for all parties.
  • Outreach & Engagement: communicate with university staff and students to showcase the EM brand and attract candidates; act as the central point of contact for university relationships.
  • Develop relationships with clubs and campus contacts to facilitate consultant-to-faculty relations and student touchpoints (e.g., coffee, lunch, events).
  • Maintain a contact list of promising students, nurture relationships, and plan timely reach-outs.
  • Track and update university contact lists; harvest potential new contacts from various sources, including recent hires.
  • Plan and attend on-campus and virtual career events; host and co-host information sessions, conduct on-campus interviews, participate in career fairs, and lead recruiting webcasts.
  • Review resumes/applications and conduct initial phone screenings for select campus candidates.
  • Internal Team Coordination: oversee and guide university-related activities, plan recruiting trips, and train new campus owners on engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the Equity Methods brand across campus platforms.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding training, coordinating with IT, trainers, and onsite support teams.
  • Strategy & Content Development: work with hiring managers to align timing and program goals; review outcomes and explore new targets; develop content for sessions, case studies, and workshops; suggest process improvements.
  • Logistics & ATS Management: coordinate event logistics (venue, catering, inventory, shipping); manage job postings in the ATS and refresh postings on our Career page and third-party boards; update Handshake and other university boards; book interview rooms; schedule candidate visits as needed.
  • Schedule travel logistics for out-of-state candidates and support non-campus talent acquisition projects as needed.
  • Internal Event Preparation and Execution: organize culture/teambuilding events, training offsites, and recruiting externships with attention to detail and safety.
  • Event Planning: partner with stakeholders to design engaging, safe, and budget-conscious programs; communicate with all parties; execute with creativity while meeting objectives; manage logistics end-to-end.
  • Employee Engagement: foster a warm, welcoming environment; host and facilitate events that encourage cross-team connections.
