360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Recruiter located in Scottsdale, AZ for a hybrid role. The recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.

Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid). Starting salary at $60,000 and up.

• Manage online applicant tracking systems and keep candidate status updated throughout the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers to develop interview questions and ensure efficient interview execution.
• Prepare job postings and screen candidates in collaboration with supervisors.
• Represent the organization at job fairs to promote opportunities to potential candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates for exempt, non‑exempt, and temporary positions.
• Coordinate virtual and in‑person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Make salary and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend job offer information, initiating pre‑employment screenings.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3+ years recruiting or related work experience.
• Preferred:
  High‑volume recruiting in healthcare.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel internally and externally.
• Desired: HR certification.
