Position: Corporate Recruiter - Osaic Advisors W2 Channel

Corporate Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist for Osaic Advisors W2 Channel (Our Empowered Independence Channel)

Location(s): Atlanta, GA | Scottsdale, AZ. Osaic requires a hybrid schedule of 4 weekdays in office. Remote candidates are not considered.

Role Type: Full time.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus. Compensation varies by location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary: We have an opening in a niche market for a skilled and strategic Corporate Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across Osaic’s Empowered Independence Channel. This individual will manage day‑to‑day life‑cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategy, build talent pipeline, and support onboarding, TA process training, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.

  • Act as an advisor and consultant with branch team members and channel leadership.
  • Source talent for open roles to support branch hiring needs for all positions, including financial advisor and financial professional roles.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to assess candidate fit for the Empowered Independence Channel before introduction to the team.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner Manager to facilitate talent‑related change management activities regarding hiring processes.
  • Own full life‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across all functions and levels within the W2 Channel.
  • Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs using new or existing channels.
  • Establish talent networks to build immediate and long‑term diverse local, regional, or national candidate pipelines.
  • Facilitate comprehensive, compliant selection process and ensure best practices are executed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within HR, business leadership, and internal partners (Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.).
  • Deliver Osaic Advisors Channel onboarding to Osaic in partnership with Talent Development and HR Business Partner Manager.
  • Own training for talent acquisition practices and processes within the W2 Channel.
  • Report on key metrics: time, cost, and quality of hire; recruitment bench; sourcing; candidate and manager satisfaction.
  • Drive action‑based recruiting process, facilitating consistent hiring and onboarding practices.
  • Establish best‑in‑class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with significant practical experience considered.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years full life‑cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience.
  • Recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitment skills.
  • Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills.
  • Strong agility and adaptability to meet a dynamic organization’s needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client‑management skills with integrity.
  • Detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understands urgency and confidentiality.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and adapts to frequent changes.
  • Works under pressure, meets deadlines, and manages shifting priorities.
  • Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients, advisors, and HRBPs.
  • Understanding of employment law.
  • Experience managing third‑party recruiting firm processes.
  • Training, process management, and facilitation experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Specific recruiting experience within wealth management, financial services, or advisor offices.
  • Recruiting experience for small business.
  • High‑volume, small‑business acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting W2 advisors and advisor office transition, integration, recruiting, and success.
  • Advanced Excel skills: reporting, analytics, dashboards, presentations.
  • Understanding of contingent worker environment, MSP partnerships, and co‑employment risk mitigation.
  • Advanced use of Workday.
