Job Description

Become a valued member of our North America Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment initiatives at both regional and national levels. You will identify top talent, screen candidates, manage data entry, and assist with pre-onboarding administration. Take an active role in workforce planning and talent pipeline development, demonstrating expertise in sourcing strategies, market analysis, and employer branding throughout dynamic markets.

Job Overview

Contribute to the success of our recruiting programs by utilizing your skills in sourcing, screening, and key administrative responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities

• Schedule candidate interviews promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate documentation for interviewers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage advanced talent acquisition tools and systems.
• Address operational recruiting queries from a wide range of stakeholders.
• Maintain and update Talent Acquisition systems.
• Provide proactive, reliable operational support.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent presentation, communication, and narrative abilities.
• Ability to excel within a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Boolean search techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Capability to translate complex requirements into effective search criteria.
• Demonstrated strength in building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Some negotiation and research skills.
• Awareness of various recruiting platforms and channels.
• A bachelors degree in HR, Business, or Psychology is highly regarded, but relevant professional experience is equally considered a strong asset.
