Sr UX Designer

We are currently seeking to find a highly-talented, and collaborative UX Designer to join our Creative Design team. As a UX Designer, you’ll work side-by-side, collaborating with our industry’s brightest minds. You will be integral to the creative process and play pivotal roles in the strategy, conception and the design of our customers' end-to-end digital experiences.

As a part of the UX Design team, you’ll help provide top-notch solutions for our clients through early ethnographic research to post-launch testing and tuning.

• Knowledgeable in the experiences that are made possible by ever-changing digital technologies
• Drawn to domains like design, commerce, mobile, branding, retail, and social media
• Organized, independent, creative, flexible
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle

You possess:

• 10+ years of experience, and a deep knowledge for the craft
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• A solid understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles
• A combination of strategic, and conceptual design abilities
• A background in UX Research, Psychology, & Coding
• Expertise in persona development, journey mapping, user interface design, wire framing, information & application architecture, process flows, prototyping, stakeholder & customer interviews, usability testing

You will be able to:

• Develop simple and elegant design approaches for complex design problems
• Create amazing experiences
• Dive into the details, with the bigger picture in mind
• Collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Connect customers and brands through intuitive interfaces and trans-formative brand experiences
• Work under pressure
• Prioritize time-sensitive assignments
