About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to provide hands‑on technical support for our email marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in building, coding, and deploying emails within SFMC, and who has a deep understanding of the technical aspects that make email and journey campaigns perform effectively.

You will work closely with the marketing team to execute email marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are built to best‑practice standards, highly personalized, and properly integrated with our data sources. Your focus will be on supporting the build, coding, QA, and technical execution of email campaigns, journeys, and automations, while helping maintain deliverability, compliance, and subscriber health.

This is a full‑time, onsite position based at Pinnacle Fertility's headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy email campaigns in Content Builder.
  • Write and apply AMPscript and SSJS to support personalized and dynamic content.
  • Ensure HTML/CSSemail templates render correctly across devices.
  • Execute thorough QA and Litmus testing to validate email functionality, cross‑client rendering, and link accuracy.
  • Assist in building and testing Journey Builderjourneys and Automation Studioworkflows.
  • Create and manage Data Extensions, lists, and relational data models.
  • Write and optimize SQL Queriesfor audience segmentation and data management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet compliance and deliverabilitystandards.
  • Maintain unsubscribe management processes, ensuring suppression lists and opt‑out mechanisms are properly configured across sends.
  • Support blacklist monitoring and address deliverability issues in partnership with IT and marketing.
  • Build and manage tracking and performance reports.
  • Support A/B testingsetup and performance analysis.
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and audience management.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot deliverability, rendering issues, and platform errors.
  • Experience with QA processes, Litmus testing, and compliance management preferred.
