The Work

The work in our Cloud Innovation Center is highly dynamic. Starting with our Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) delivery methodologies, you will be working in a team to deliver value to our customers. Our engineers work in a 1:1 pairing model to be both a mentor and student of their software craft. Using a TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology, you will ensure that you are building high quality software at pace.

• Work with the Cloud Native Architecture Team to deliver client solutions beyond 12 factor applications built for the cloud.
• Design and deliver complex custom applications designed to enable change for our client’s businesses.
• Work on every phase of creating Cloud Native applications across cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and others.
• Conduct assessments, build blueprints and roadmaps, build proofs of concept, and write technical points of view.

Hybrid Role

This is a hybrid role in Columbus, OH and requires 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Tampa, FL;
Atlanta, GA;
Dallas, TX or Scottsdale, AZ.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Object‑Oriented Programming Language experience (Java/JVM, .Net, Node Js, or Python preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Spring Frameworks.
• Experience in Databases (SQL or No
  
  SQL).
• Experience using leading Platform‑as‑a‑Service such as AWS RDS, Azure AKS, Open Shift, Cloud Foundry.
• Experience in Infrastructure‑as‑a‑Service providers (AWS / Cloud Foundry / Azure / Google Cloud).
• Experience in scripting language (Groovy / Shell / Python etc).
• Experience in infrastructure as code scripting (Terraform).

Compensation

Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various locations. Salary ranges by location (selectivity):

• California: $54,900 to $150,400
• Colorado: $54,900 to $129,900
• District of Columbia: $58,400 to $138,300
• Illinois: $50,800 to $129,900
• Minnesota: $54,900 to $129,900
• Maryland: $54,900 to $129,900
• New York/New Jersey: $50,800 to $150,400
• Washington: $58,400 to $138,300
