• 3 to 5 years of Dev Ops or related engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure services and Azure Dev Ops pipelines
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
• Solid understanding of Windows environments and Windows‑based infrastructure
• Ability to apply general programming or scripting knowledge
• Experience building, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Flexibility to take on varied responsibilities in a startup environment
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment

• Experience working in hybrid environments transitioning from on‑premises to cloud
• AWS experience with demonstrated ability to adapt cloud knowledge to Azure
• C# familiarity or understanding of .NET ecosystem
• Experience with cloud migration projects and workload transitions
• Knowledge of Terraform state management in team environments
• Experience structuring Infrastructure as Code for scalability across multiple environments
• Power Shell or other Windows scripting experience
• Experience with legacy system modernization
