- 3 to 5 years of Dev Ops or related engineering experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure services and Azure Dev Ops pipelines
- Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
- Solid understanding of Windows environments and Windows‑based infrastructure
- Ability to apply general programming or scripting knowledge
- Experience building, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Flexibility to take on varied responsibilities in a startup environment
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment
- Experience working in hybrid environments transitioning from on‑premises to cloud
- AWS experience with demonstrated ability to adapt cloud knowledge to Azure
- C# familiarity or understanding of .NET ecosystem
- Experience with cloud migration projects and workload transitions
- Knowledge of Terraform state management in team environments
- Experience structuring Infrastructure as Code for scalability across multiple environments
- Power Shell or other Windows scripting experience
- Experience with legacy system modernization
- Familiarity with HRIS systems or UKG infrastructure
- Azure certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure Dev Ops Engineer)
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools
- Understanding of contact center or customer engagement technologies
