This is a fully onsite Technical Program Manager opportunity supporting multiple technology teams in a fast paced, execution focused environment. You will act as the central driver of Agile delivery, running two-week sprints, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and keeping teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. This role is deal for someone who thrives on Agile execution rather than traditional PMP style project management.
You will be the Agile backbone for several technical teams, with real ownership over how work gets planned, tracked, and delivered. This role offers high visibility across engineering and products, the ability to influence process and delivery standards, and the chance to work closely with technical stakeholders every day. If you enjoy being embedded with teams, solving delivery challenges in real time, and keeping momentum strong, this is a role where you will make a direct impact.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master in a technology environment
- Strong hands on experience running two week sprints and Agile ceremonies
- Deep familiarity with Jira for backlog management, user stories, and sprint tracking
- Ability to support and coordinate multiple technical teams at once
- Comfortable working fully onsite five days a week
- Experience supporting software engineering or platform teams
- Background in fast paced or scaling technology environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for Agile delivery and continuous improvement
- 45% Agile and Scrum delivery practices
- 30% Jira including user stories, backlogs, boards, and reporting
- 15% Cross functional coordination with engineering and product teams
- 10% Delivery tracking, documentation, and process improvement
