We’re hiring an Analytics & Reporting Engineer to develop scalable healthcare analytics solutions in Medicare Advantage programs. This role requires hands-on experience with Big Query, Looker, SQL, Python, and GCP.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Looker/Big Query.
Perform RAF calculations and accrual reporting.
Drive chart chase analytics and channel targeting.
Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
Collaborate with Agile teams (Jira/Confluence).
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years in healthcare analytics (Medicare Advantage required).
Expertise in RAF, accrual reporting, and CMS compliance.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, Big Query, Looker.
Agile team experience; familiarity with HIPAA requirements.
