** Scope:
** We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, implement, and maintain artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and ML technologies, as well as experience with data analysis, software development, and cloud computing.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Design and implement Scalable conversational, Agentic AI and ML solutions to solve business problems and to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Write high-quality, maintainable code using Python, Scala, or similar programming languages, focusing on AI/ML libraries and frameworks
* Integrate data from various sources, transforming and preparing it for AI Agent development, ensuring data quality and integrity
* Develop and maintain machine learning models using tools such as Tensor Flow, Keras, and Py Torch
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and ML solutions and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
* Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support AI and ML workflows.
* Monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
* Stay up to date with emerging AI and ML technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the AI engineering and software development teams.
* Develop and maintain chatbots and voice assistants using tools such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, and Microsoft Bot Framework
* Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs to support conversational AI workflows.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model deployment, data processing, and cloud infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and standard operating procedures.
* Research new upcoming, understand art of possible for Agentic AI and AI Algorithms
* Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks based on project requirements.
