Base pay range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
At Attention Arc, we exist to make media matter. As part of our Activation team—the Operators and Negotiators—you help place the right message in the right moment, ensuring every impression is intentional, accountable, and optimized. This team brings campaigns to life, translating smart strategy into precise, performance‑driven execution across every social platform.
In this entry‑level role, you’ll build core paid social fundamentals while supporting the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of client campaigns. You’ll learn how platforms work (and how to “game” them), develop analytical and technical skills, and contribute to work that is grounded in curiosity, accuracy, and impact.
What you’ll do- Learn and apply foundational knowledge of paid social platforms, tools, and data environments.
- Achieve and maintain key platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, Tik Tok Ads Academy, etc.).
- Support campaign setup including audience research, targeting recommendations, campaign structure, and ad creation within platform best practices.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and key KPIs to ensure campaigns spend efficiently while meeting performance goals.
- Assist in ongoing optimization—evaluating creative, bids, budgets, and audiences to improve results.
- Pull, clean, and format data from platforms and dashboards for reporting needs.
- Contribute to performance insights by identifying trends, signals, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in team discussions, partner meetings, platform education sessions, and cross‑functional collaboration moments.
- Help maintain and enhance internal process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in how we work.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, but all majors welcome with an interest in media.
- 0–1 year of experience; internships or exposure to digital marketing or paid social are a plus.
- Familiarity with social platforms and the digital advertising landscape.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets required;
PowerPoint/Google Slides preferred. - Some knowledge of Tableau or Looker Studio a strong plus.
- Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy and quality‑control instincts. Foundational analytical skills and an interest in performance storytelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast‑moving environment.
- Curiosity and platform‑learning agility—quickly picking up new UIs and tools.

This is a hybrid role. To maximize team collaboration, we are considering candidates who could be based out of our New York City, Irvington, NY, or Phoenix, AZ offices.
Salary RangeEstimated range: $55k – $60k.
