The Network Services Technician is responsible for overseeing the timely coordination and completion of network service calls and field deployments. This position is a W-2 full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Network Services Manager.

• Supports and contributes to the highest level of service and care of our clients, working professionally and timely across priorities.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients, builders, vendors and employees.
• Has solid knowledge of Internet and TCP/IP networking / troubleshooting, wireless standards and VPN applications, NVR / DVR surveillance camera systems.
• Proficient in Apple iOS and MacOS devices.
• Resolves and troubleshoots network issues on active job sites and client residences as needed.
• Supports multiple areas of the business, including installation of network and camera hardware.
• Accurately documents device changes / updates for all Client Master I/O’s.
• Equipped with appropriate networking tools.
• Champions efficiency by staying up-to-date with evolving network, surveillance and WiFi standards.

• Performs duties in an independent and expeditious manner without additional supervision.
• Displays a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with both clients and colleagues.
• Makes optimal use of time and recognizes priorities.
• Demonstrates good planning skills aligned with overall company goals.

• Degree or Certifications in networking or related field preferred.
• Hands‑on experience installing and troubleshooting network devices and hardware required.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills required.
• Experience in residential service, high‑end, is a plus.
• Driver’s license and ability to be added to company auto insurance required.
