Compensation: Range $100,000 - $140,000

You will help take our standalone AI-driven CRM prototype and integrate it into the core Axio LMS platform. Your work will focus on aligning routing, data models, shared services, and multi-tenant configuration while shipping new features and improving the underlying architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful refactoring, clean system integration, and collaborating across product and backend teams. You’ll own meaningful pieces of the platform and help shape patterns we reuse across the company. We’re open to strong mid-level developers who are ready to grow into broader ownership, as well as experienced senior engineers who want meaningful influence over platform architecture and standards.

Core Skills

• Strong proficiency in Type Script, React 18, and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience with Vite, React Router, React Query, and Tailwind
  
  CSS.
• Comfortable integrating with REST APIs and contributing to a consistent platform layer.
• Solid understanding of authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Comfortable working across frontend + backend boundaries.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to work in large, multi-module codebases.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant patterns or feature flagging systems.
• Ability to refactor or migrate features from a standalone system into a shared platform.

Quality & Security

• Familiarity with secure-by-design concepts.
• Experience writing tests (unit and integration) and maintaining strong type safety.
• Experience participating in or designing CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with Node.js backend, Graph
  
  QL APIs, or server-side integrations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and RAG patterns.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain or Lang Graph.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Storage buckets, Cloud Run/Functions, Secret Manager).
• Familiarity with Postgres-backed applications.
• Experience with LMS/CRM systems, higher-ed workflows, or enterprise workflow apps.
• Knowledge of SSO standards (SAML/OIDC) or LTI 1.3 integrations.
• Experience working with event-driven or queued systems.
