Role: Ariba Strategic Sourcing Implementation Consultants

Duration: 4 months and likely extension by 2 months

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

• Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting and leading medium‑sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite (Ariba ON demand Strategic Sourcing including Sourcing, Contracts and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management)
• Assists clients in the implementation and support of Ariba solutions for both direct and indirect spend, improving business processes.
• Manages large software applications, gathers internal and external client requirements, and turns those into client‑specific, compliant, cost‑competitive solutions.
• Interacts with experienced and client buyers and/or influencers, contributing to the development of new business through design, costing, documentation, proposal, and transition of technical solutions.
• Manages complex onsite/offshore implementation with proven success within a previous role for 3+ years.
• Understands and helps develop solutions based on common issues in direct material sourcing and contract management.

• Success with the On Demand Ariba product suite, leading or assisting with functional specification gathering, configuration, technical development, and offshore development resources.
• Designs, implements and supports complex business processes in an SAP environment.
• Designs, builds, tests and deploys the technical components required for successful Ariba solutions.
• Supervises teams, fostering trust, encouraging diverse views, and coaching staff with timely feedback.
• Collaborates and coordinates with Technical, Solution, and Operations teams to interpret client RFP requirements and craft satisfying solutions.
• Involved with managing Ariba implementations.
