Softwrench is a well-established and rapidly growing SaaS company supporting critical infrastructure and renewable energy operations across the U.S and globally. We are hiring a hands-on IT Systems Coordinator to join our internal operations team during a period of continued scale and maturity.

This contract-to-hire position is ideal for candidates with experience in help desk or IT support who are looking to expand into systems coordination, AWS infrastructure, and Windows Server administration.

• Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments hosted on AWS EC2
• Apply system patches, check backups, manage storage and basic server performance
• Support users with RDP, access provisioning, and password management
• Assist with IIS server tasks: SSL certs, app pool restarts, log cleanup
• Document procedures, credentials, and recurring maintenance processes
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership on system reliability and improvement

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or systems coordination
• Working knowledge of:
• Windows Server (updates, RDP, performance)
• AWS Console (launching EC2 instances, volumes)
• IIS configuration and maintenance
• Familiar with basic Power Shell or batch scripting
• Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver, and fast learner
