Quality Systems Integration Analyst

Job Description What You’ll Do

• Configure a quality management system for managing quality, safety, and compliance in businesses workflows, forms, fields, dashboards, and user roles across assigned modules.
• Support integration activities between the quality management system and ERP, PLM, Supplier Portal, and other internal systems.
• Assist with data mapping, migration planning, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration or integration issues during testing and rollout.

• Work with Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, QMS, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into quality management system configurations.
• Participate in VOC workshops to document user needs, workflow expectations, and reporting requirements.
• Create process maps, user stories, integration plans, and configuration documentation.

• Support UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and issue tracking.
• Assist in preparing pilot groups, reviewing early user feedback, and refining system workflows.
• Contribute to training materials, quick guides, and user onboarding resources.
• Provide support during go-live and stabilization periods.

• Support pilot execution and address configuration issues through stabilization.
• Document final workflows, configurations, and integration details for internal QMS ownership.
• Prepare handover packages including configuration specs, test scripts, role permissions, and admin guides.
• Train QMS functional owners and relevant teams on system operation, workflows, and maintenance.
• Ensure quality management system modules are transitioned smoothly to the Quality Systems team for long-term management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience with Quality/Quality Management Systems
• 3+ years of experience with implementation/integration of a QMS software
• Experience building user acceptance tests (UAT), documenting workflows, presenting to stakeholders, and overall workflow design
• Experience in a high-growth manufacturing industry ETQ Reliance experience
• Healthcare or Aerospace/Defense manufacturing background
