Technology Specialist 1 - Experienced (on-site - Scottsdale, Arizona)

Join the Arrowhead Credit Union Team as a Technology Specialist. The role maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals, documents, upgrades, and provides technical support for PCs and LANs.

• Provides exceptional member service and follows Service Standards.
• Participates in achieving department and Credit Union goals.
• Assists Information Systems team members with their duties.
• Installs/modifies personal computers and other data communication systems; provides onsite and telephonic technical support.
• Supports ongoing technology projects; assists the Information Systems Manager with project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Researches new techniques, equipment, and data processing methods; evaluates technical requirements for hardware/software upgrades.
• Maintains databases and libraries, including system security functions.
• Designs and maintains system documentation in accordance with policies and standards.
• Coordinates technology resources—main system, telecommunications network, phone system(s), PC connectivity.
• Keeps abreast of state‑of‑the‑art hardware and software developments.
• Coordinates vendor services to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Ensures all software licenses are maintained.
• Maintains regular, predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Maintains working knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations; completes required training modules by due dates.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum: $32.89 per hour | Midpoint: $41.11 per hour | Maximum: $49.33 per hour
