What You Will Be Part OfYou will lead an engineering organization that builds the data, analytics, and modeling infrastructure that powers every Radix product. Shape and deliver a long‑term technical strategy that positions Radix as the most innovative and trusted data and analytics platform in multifamily.
Design and deliver production grade AI and ML systems end to end, from data ingestion through training, deployment and inference with measurable business impact.
Guide the evolution of Radix’s core platform, enabling faster insights, more advanced modeling capabilities and new innovations driven by data and AI.
Build and scale a world class engineering organization with strong technical foundations, clear operating rhythms, and a culture of excellence.
Architect secure and compliant data pipelines and APIs that align with Radix governance while supporting large scale AI workloads and enforcing privacy, RBAC and auditability.
Create sophisticated retrieval of augmented generation capabilities using advanced retrieval and embedding strategies to unlock Radix’s structured and unstructured data.
Define the operating model and role clarity for ML Engineering, Applied Science and Data Science teams to foster an AI native culture of rapid experimentation and safe adoption.
Create engineering processes and systems that support both rapid iteration and long‑term architectural integrity while improving delivery speed through capacity planning and performance monitoring.
Drive execution of the product roadmap through strong alignment with Product, Design and Data while managing cross functional dependencies.
Establish technical direction, architectural standards and engineering practices that elevate the quality, reliability and scalability of everything we deliver.
Translate emerging AI research into practical, production‑ready solutions that strengthen the intelligence and performance of the Radix platform.
Lead the evolution of Radix’s modern SaaS infrastructure including CI or CD, containerization, cloud native architectures, GPU orchestration and cost optimization for AI systems.
Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent while fostering a culture based on collaboration, curiosity, and ownership.
Define and meet outcome‑driven performance targets for accuracy, latency and reliability through robust monitoring and reporting frameworks.
What Makes You a Strong FitYou have led engineering teams in high growth environments where you shaped technical and AI strategy while staying embedded in the execution.
You have delivered production grade AI and ML systems end to end and understand how to build for reliability, scale and measurable outcomes.
You bring hands on experience with agentic AI systems including orchestration frameworks, multi agent workflows and safety guardrails.
You are skilled at architecting secure and compliant data platforms that support large AI workloads and enforce governance, privacy and access controls.
You have strong fluency in retrieval augmented generation and know how to build retrieval and embedding systems that unlock the value of high quality data.
You enjoy being hands on and can dive into complex technical problems, offering clear guidance, solving for root cause and modeling technical excellence.
