Sourcing Manager - IT & Professional Services

What You Will Do

We are seeking a skilled IT Procurement Sourcing Manager to support enterprise technology sourcing and vendor management within the fast‑paced and dynamic wireless communications industry. This role will focus on software renewals, professional services contracts, and IT procurement initiatives aligned with core business operations. The ideal candidate is a consultative problem solver with strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of software licensing and procurement best practices.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for IT software and professional services.
• Assist in managing software renewals, contract lifecycle activities, and supplier performance.
• Serve as a consultative resource to internal stakeholders, helping ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
• Participate in supplier evaluations, negotiations, RFP/RFI processes, and contract execution.
• Partner with legal and finance to ensure compliance with corporate policies and contractual terms.
• Build supplier relationships, contribute to performance reviews, and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience with software contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, project management, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud agreements, and licensing models.
• Exposure to professional services contracts, including SOWs.
• Proficiency in procurement tools, contract systems, and spend analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree specifically in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field preferred.

• Minimum Salary: $105,000
• Maximum Salary: $147,000
