You Are:

A seasoned program leader who has built a career delivering the hardest distribution center transformations—on schedule, on budget, and with lasting operational impact. You bring deep, hands-on expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, with Manhattan Active WM at the center of your experience, and you know how to architect, configure, integrate, and cut over complex WMS solutions in live, high-volume operating environments.

You understand the full automation ecosystem—AS/RS, goods-to-person, conveyor and sortation, autonomous mobile robots, pick-to-light and voice, and the WES/WCS layer that ties it all together—and you have successfully integrated these systems into large programs involving multiple vendors, contractors, and client teams. You are a trusted advisor to COOs and senior supply chain executives: a clear and confident communicator who keeps complex programs moving through ambiguity, and a leader who raises the bar for everyone around you.

The Work:

Lead end-to-end distribution center transformation programs—new DC launches, WMS implementations, and warehouse automation deployments—from strategy and business case development through design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare stabilization.

Serve as the delivery executive and senior program leader across one or more engagements and multiple concurrent work streams (WMS, automation/MHE, facilities, IT integration, labor and operations readiness). Own client satisfaction, delivery quality, and overall program financial performance while orchestrating systems integrators, automation OEMs, general contractors, IT vendors, and client operational teams throughout the program lifecycle.
