We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and providing proactive risk counseling across regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive advice, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial advocacy. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
