Role Description

Gibbs Giden Locher Turner Senet & Wittbrodt LLP is seeking a full or part-time Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join our team in our Scottsdale, Arizona office. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our attorneys by preparing documents, filing and recording documents (electronically and otherwise), maintaining electronic files, maintaining calendars, managing client communication, and other traditional roles of a legal assistant / legal secretary.

This is primarily an on-site role, although some flexibility to work remotely is OK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
• Experience in a law firm

Pay Range

$68,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience). Pay range information is provided in compliance with SB1162 (California’s pay transparency law); actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including applicable experience.
