This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Lateral Attorney at Genesis Legal Group, located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Lateral Attorney will handle legal cases with a focus on relevant areas of law, provide legal advice to clients, conduct in-depth research for case preparation, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings as needed. Collaboration with the team to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong foundation and expertise in Law, including Labor and Employment Law
• Ability to provide thorough and accurate Legal Advice to clients across relevant practice areas
• Proficient research skills for case preparation and legal analysis
• Effective Negotiation skills for settlements and discussions
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar admission in the state of Arizona
• Prior experience in litigation or relevant areas of practice is highly preferred
