Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal with some work‑from‑home flexibility. Applicant need not be based in Arizona. The Litigation Paralegal will handle legal document preparation, assist with pleadings and motions, and conduct legal research, and organize calendaring and deadline management. Responsibilities also include reviewing documents and providing critical support to attorneys in preparation for litigation proceedings. The role requires excellent organizational and communication to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review
• Strong skills in legal research
• Experience preparing pleadings and drafting motions
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of subrogation or insurance litigation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
