Retail Manager

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew; provide guidance, training, and coaching as necessary.
• Set performance standards, review performance, and make compensation decisions in accordance with HR policies.
• Oversee sales and lead generation strategy for Retail, attract new high‑value clients and generate advisor consultations.
• Develop a culture of coaching, providing frequent feedback and helping the team achieve specific business results.
• Participate personally in the sales process and model desired behaviors.
• Assist in developing business and sales goals; monitor progress and communicate with peers.
• Recognize customer voice, market trends, and opportunities for improvement; recommend changes to policies and workflows.
• Guide the team to maximize opportunities and support a consultative sales model; analyze and resolve complex client issues.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of five years of related work experience; previous people‑leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a sales and business development organization preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Licenses required for the role:
  Series 7, 66, and 24; it is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses.
• Experience leading front‑line crew.
• Sales management experience preferred.
