• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Allocate time and resources effectively to various projects.
• Manage and assign tasks to team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
• Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any capacity.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Familiarity with U-Haul equipment and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a customer service environment.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety precautions related to working in a moving and transportation environment.
